GENERAL

What are your online customer service hours?

Live Customer Service via chat is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We will try to get back to all inquiries within a few hours, but sometimes it may take a little longer. For urgent inquiries, please email hello@jak-w.com

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we do. We offer complimentary design consultations on furniture, fabrication, and room layouts. We offer in home consultations for Bay Area & Sonoma/Napa County Residents. For all other locations, we offer virtual services. For full-scope interior design and project management – you can find more information here.

What is the status of my order?

We will email you directly once your item ships. If you would like an update on your order please contact us at 707-721-1207 or hello@jak-w.com.

What is the lead time on my order?

Lead times vary depending on the item ordered. Some items are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 12 weeks or more via SEA freight.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes, we are happy to package your order and have it ready for you to pick up from our Sonoma store. For in-stock items, pick up on average can occur within 24 hours or sooner by request. Once your order is placed, we will confirm your available pick up window.

SHIPPING

Where do your products ship from?

All stocked items ship from our Sonoma warehouse or from partner warehouses. All special orders ship from factories in the U.S and Europe.

What does “quick ship” mean?

Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship in six weeks or less. It may be shipping from our warehouse or from a partner warehouse elsewhere in the U.S.

Can I request expedited shipping for an additional fee?

We would love to get you your item as quickly as possible. To find out if your item is eligible for expedited shipping, contact orders@jak-w.com with your order number.

Will my order be charged a shipping fee?

We offer complimentary shipping on all accessories over $150. All furniture orders will be charged shipping unless noted on the item. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee and will be presented before checkout.

What type of delivery should I expect? (UPS, FedEx, Curbside, White Glove)

Your order will be shipped the most efficient method and will depend on many factors such as size, location of the factory, and destination.

Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?

In some cases, we are able to ship outside of the continental U.S. For all shipping inquiries please contact us at hello@jak-w.com or 800-743-5730.

Is assembly required?

Some items will need to be assembled. If your item requires White Glove delivery, assembly can be included at an additional cost.

Are samples available?

Yes, JAK W is happy to send textiles and finish samples. There is no charge for this service unless expedited. Reach out to hello@jak-w.com or 800-743-5730 for more information.

Will my order be charged tax?

Please know, your order(s) will be taxed unless valid tax exemption documentation has been received prior to order placement. Email trade@jak-w.com for trade tax exemptions and account activation.
