Returns and Exchanges
At JAK W, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for clarity:
In-stock products can be returned within 14 days of purchase (for in store) or receiving (for online) for a full refund, less any associated shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and include the original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. In stock items returned between 15-100 days from original purchase date may be returned for store credit only.
If you are interested in returning a gift but do not have proof of purchase, the item can be returned for store credit at the current value of the product, provided it is current stock, has its original tags and is in its original packaging.
Special order (non-stocked items) and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Clearance, Sale, Floor Models and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product page to identify any items with this designation before making your purchase.
Gift cards are not returnable.

All costs associated with the return of items are the responsibility of the sender. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your goods in the original form of payment or via ACH. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
